Privacy & Policy Rules

Understand how OrbitStack manages telemetry registers, node logs, and customer transaction profiles.

1. System Overview

At OrbitStack Technologies, we prioritize the integrity and confidentiality of client data clusters. This Privacy Policy details the processes by which OrbitStack compiles, processes, and stores log telemetries, application endpoints, and customer profile details.

By provisioning resources or executing commands on our console, you consent to the storage regulations defined herein, aligned with planetary GDPR and CCPA regulatory frameworks.

2. Log Telemetry Collection

When you run active node containers under OrbitEngine, our monitors capture system log details to update console dashboards. Captured metrics include container memory spikes, thread bandwidth outputs, CPU cycle durations, and anycast route speeds.

We never intercept or inspect the core data payloads processing inside your container memory pools, in strict accordance with our zero-trust secure boundaries.

3. Telemetry Security

Captured metrics and logs are encrypted using TLS 1.3 standards during transport and AES-256 keys when stored in static database pools. We isolate cluster metrics to custom dedicated storage zones, ensuring absolute tenant protection.

Access keys are governed by strict multi-factor checks. We perform monthly security auditing sweeps to verify system log perimeters.

4. Web Cookie Registers

We use persistent cookie strings to preserve dashboard theme settings (e.g. Dark Mode configurations), active user session authorization tokens, and interface preferences.

Third-party analytics trackers are disabled by default on our developer console, preventing details leaks to third-party ad networks.

5. Legal Inquiries

For questions regarding node data processing, compliance audit certificates, or data removal requests, contact our secure compliance terminal directly.
